Upper East Townhouse

In keeping with the classic architecture in the area, this new “ground up” townhouse features a limestone façade with framed windows. The garden level accommodates a casual kitchen and seating for family and friends that leads outside. The stone slab flooring pattern is distressed to appear as if it has been in use for hundreds of years. A classically styled staircase with oak handrails and bronze balustrades leads to the upper level’s sculptural staircase, which marks the beginning of the play area and the half-regulation basketball court we built on the roof. An elegant palette is complemented by a suspended velvet banquette in the Bar and white oak floors unify it with the double-height Dining room below. Modernist elements are evident from the moment you enter through the blue front door.
